Hello "ThwartedEfforts" and welcome to Wikipedia. A few tips for you:

Happy wiki'ing! -- Infrogmation 11:33, 10 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Hello from me as well. Maybe you already noticed, I converted your article 419er into a redirect as we already have an article about that topic - we try to avoid having duplicated articles. If your original content of 419er isn't covered by that article yet you may consider re-adding it. andy 11:38, 10 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Strawbridge.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Orphaned fair use image (Image:PC Zone Issue 172 cover angle.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:PC Zone Issue 172 cover angle.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Way Out West (producers). Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. Thank you.--Tasc0 18:48, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Whatever. I think it's super great we can have an army of the clueless running around adding tags to pages they don't like the look of, but anyone who guards the content jeopardised by such action is asked to justify what they're doing ThwartedEfforts 13:23, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just read this on the Christian Bale talk page "Had he been born on a plane over the Atlantic, would he be Anglo-Boeing?" Hehe! Made me smile... She'sGotSpies (talk) 14:12, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Christian Bale

[edit]

The article has now been protected and hopefully a mediation cabal should be getting involved in the frequent debate over what Christian Bale should be listed as in the lead line. Please air your views on the talk page. Thanks White43 (talk) 11:34, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
