Classification of language
[edit]How good are any of you Wikipedians at classifying the languages that use the Latin alphabet into 2 categories; those that recognize the ph spelling of Greek-based words with the f sound and those that don't?? (This question was brought to my attention when I saw someone edit NATO phonetic alphabet and Alfa.)

"ph" is a letter in Welsh language too (though denote /f/ sound). -Hello World! 14:31, 22 April 2006 (UTC)
