The article about the art group is confusing and poorly written, and doesn't even explain what the "hijiack" linked from it was about (it was a demonstration of the unreliability and manipulability of the first generation of search engines - those based on keywords). Also, a picture of the etoy.TANKs would be nice

thanks for the hint. i just put some new material. pictures would be nice! maybe etoy can insert some?

This article is a great summary of the "toywar," but still does a pretty poor job explaining what etoy itself is apart from a group of people that seemed to positively relish being sued.
