Unsourced

[edit]

The article contains the following sentence: "He was committed to build the army, crush communist guerrillas, and purge the army of leftists." It is unsourced, and does not appear in Paik's memoirs in any form. So what is the source? To me it looks like a smear job, and it has that purple-ish phraseology beloved of Stalinists everywhere, that is, it may be been written by a North Korean troll. If it is not sourced within the next month, I will remove it. Theonemacduff (talk) 19:34, 6 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
