Does War of the Worlds actually take place in New York? I know that the characters move from New Jersey to Boston, but even if they go through New York at one point, I don't recall them being there for too long and with nothing significant to actually list the film here. I maybe mistaken, which is why I ask, but I don't recall New York in the film. --Bacteria 09:48, 18 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

2012 film set in NYC

I saw New York City in the film already, and the scene of a city appeared during the presidential line of succession.
