Sunshine hours for Vancouver are the following, per Environment Canada: Jan 98.5, Feb 104.1, Mar 104.0, Apr 120.8, May 148.4, Jun 133.1, Jul 283.8, Aug 280.3, Sep 260.9, Oct 158.1, Nov 94.0, Dec 80.0. Annual 1866.0. See data here:
