customer service at Amazon.com

[edit]

Hi;

Thank you for your suggestions in finding information on using Wikipedia. I will try to read up as I go along. I'v just read your comments on the loosening up of Amazon.com's approach to customer service. I could not recognize or find the button that you referred to to click on and get a call back from customer service. Therefore it cannot be very clearly indicated to the user, in spite of Amazon.com continuously stating on other pages that one can get customer service on any of the help pages. Happily I ended up at Wikipedia because of my searching, and I was able to find an 800 customer service number, which I was able to use. I don't think the issue has been resolved yet. It should be easy, "Just..like..that!" JCHausman JCHausman 21:43, 25 February 2006 (UTC) Feb. 25, 2006[reply]
